St. James used an active, vibrant, and collaborative process to survey the parish to receive both quantitative and qualitative information.
Beginning in September 2008, the parish was surveyed using the Church Assessment Tool (CAT). Additionally, 16 small group meetings utilizing Appreciative Inquiry were held in October and November.
