Vestry
The Saint James' Vestry consists of 12 members elected by the parish at the annual meeting, to serve 3-year terms. Four new members are elected annually as four others rotate off. Officers, elected by vestry members, include a senior warden, junior warden, clerk, and treasurer. The Vestry appoints ad hoc and standing committees to handle its many duties on which parishioners are invited to serve.
